  • Garlic Cloves [ लहसुन की पुठ्ठी ], 2-3 Pieces
    → Minced.
  • Ginger [ अदरक ], 1 Piece
    → Grated. 1 Inch.
  • Green Chili [ हरी मिर्च ], 1 Piece
    → Finely Chopped. Optional.
  • Cumin Seeds [ जीरा ], 1 Tablespoon
  • Turmeric Powder [ हल्दी चूर्ण ], 1 Tablespoon
  • Red Chili Powder [ लाल मिर्च चूर्ण ], 1 Tablespoon
    → Adjust To Taste.
