  • Red Chili Powder [ लाल मिर्च चूर्ण ], 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Coriander-Cumin Powder [ धनिया-जीरा पाउडर ], 1 Teaspoon
  • Asafoetida [ हींग ], A pinch
  • Salt [ नमक ], As desired
  • Sugar [ चीनी ], 1 Teaspoon

Method for preparing Muthia

  • In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, besan, suji, grated bottle gourd, chopped fenugreek leaves, ginger-green chili paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander-cumin powder, asafoetida, salt, sugar (optional), and oil.
