  • Onion [ प्याज़ ], 1 Large

  • Tomato [ टमाटर ], 1 Medium
    → Chopped.
  • Green Chili [ हरी मिर्च ], 2-3
    → Chopped. Adjust To Spice Level.
  • Garlic [ लहसुन ], 4-5 Cloves
    → Minced.
  • Bay Leaves [ तेज पत्ता ], 2
  • Cumin Seeds [ जीरा ], 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder [ हल्दी चूर्ण ], 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Paprika [ पैप्रिका ], 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Red Chili Powder [ लाल मिर्च चूर्ण ], 1/2 Teaspoon
    → Adjust To Taste.
  • Vinegar [ सिरका ], 1 Tablespoon
  • Water [ पानी ], 2 Cups
  • Salt [ नमक ], As desired

  • Mustard Oil [ सरसों का तेल ], 2 Tablespoons
    → Use Any Oil Of Your Choice.
  • Coriander Leaves [ धनिया पत्ता ], A few Grams

Method for preparing Feijoada
