The months of June through October are ideal for a trip to Hemkund Sahib. These are the best months to go on a trek to Hemkund Sahib, since the weather is pleasant, and the trail is open. The mountaintop shrine is revered by Sikhs for its spiritual importance and its stunning scenery (4,632 meters above sea level).
